Why this tier

Torpedark is C because Track and Homing Torpedo need its own Wet to stack Swift before Raid crits, and 84 ATK keeps that payoff small. Lycanite reaches Swift crits with far less setup.

How to use Torpedark

Torpedark turns Wet into speed: Track gives it a Swift whenever it gains Wet, and Homing Torpedo gains a Wet before hitting for 10% more per Swift. Raid always crits once it is faster than the target, and Relay, its line-up pick, passes the Swift on. 84 ATK is weak. Lycanite builds Swift into far more damage.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
