Magic Chess: GoGo/Commanders
How to play Gusion
BIn Classic a free Role Synergy plus 7 Gold is a Magic Crystal you didn't have to buy: useful on any board, but smaller than Lunox's Blessing with its three extra heroes. Magic Auction is where his kit matters most.
In Classic, Gusion is a crystal commander. His Light Sigil adds a Role Synergy to any hero you drop on it and pays 7 Gold, and his card adds a Role Magic Crystal Chest, so the one synergy your board is missing is easy to reach. He adds no board power of his own.
Magic Auction is where he matters most. His Auction skill shows the Type of every Treasure covering 8 or more tiles and then one Quality a round, which makes him the specialist for the biggest Treasures in the pool.
Skill — Light Sigil
Gusion places a Light Sigil showing a random Role Synergy. Drag a Hero onto it and that Hero gains the Synergy; the Sigil then disappears and gives 7 Gold. You can reroll the Synergy on offer up to 3 times.
Star-up: Sigil Resonance. After Stage II the Sigil can be used one more time.
Magic Auction skill — Giant Sigil
When the auction opens you see the Type of every Treasure that covers 8 or more tiles, then the Quality of one of them each round, unknown ones first.
Power Card
Gain 1 Role Magic Crystal Chest and 3 Gold.
