How to use Crystalym

Crystalym trades itself for Frostbite: Ice Gel's parting gift is 2 Frostbite on whoever it was fighting, feeding Frost Claw on Crysion or Skollfang. Frost Crystal and Snowfall add more before it goes. Its Self-Destruct is strongest while healthy. 85 across the board is weak. Skollfang is the Ice Lumi that cashes that Frostbite in.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
