Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
Tinkdeer is B as the first Rimedeer form, with Spirit of Snow early and a light 50-power signature. Rimedeer adds the Snow setup that makes the trait matter.
Tinkdeer's skills
Fixed kit always on Tinkdeer, can't be swapped
Hits the current enemy with an ice spike, with a 25% chance to crit.
Its automatic attack: a Ice hit every 0.9s for 9 power. That is among the quickest on the roster, and since every basic attack in the game trades power for interval at the same rate, the short gap buys extra hits rather than extra damage — which is what per-hit effects key off.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Hits the current enemy twice; each hit has a 20% chance to apply 1 Frostbite.
Hits the current enemy once, plus once more for each different status effect it carries (up to 5 hits).
Drops a Frostbite trap where the current enemy is standing, applying 1 Frostbite to any enemy Lumi that moves onto it.
Raises this Lumi's DEF by 2 stages.
Hits the current enemy and applies 1 Frostbite — 3 during Snow.
Pelts every enemy on the field with hail for 3 hits in total.
Skills marked "Used in official line-ups" are the ones the game's own in-client line-ups equip on Tinkdeer. See those line-ups.
How to use Tinkdeer
Tinkdeer opens the Rimedeer line with Spirit of Snow, which frostbites anything that hits it with a skill. Crystal Spikes has a 25% crit chance for 50 power, and Frost Crystal lays a trap. 84 ATK is weak. Rimedeer adds Snow-setting to the same trait, which makes it the better pick.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
