Sest.
Why this tier

Few Lumi outlast Cyclodoge, the S-tier wall of the roster, with 114 DEF and Bulky turning every skill it takes into more DEF and healing. At 85 ATK it needs a partner to take kills.

Its automatic attack: a Brawler hit every 1.2s for 12 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.

How to use Cyclodoge

Only one Lumi in the game has more DEF than Cyclodoge's 114, and its whole kit spends it. Bulky adds a DEF stage every time a skill hits it and heals 2% per stage held, Muscle Crush hits harder as DEF climbs, and Weight Drop cashes the stages in as extra hits. Attacking it makes it stronger.

The weakness is pace. 85 ATK and a 1.2s basic attack win long fights and lose races, and Psychic, Flying, Fairy and Royal all hit it for double.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
