Verdict

SituationalBuild it for Sleep teams, and plan for a slow evolution at level 50.

S
Why this tier

Sleep teams build around Meteofly, which turns every nap into ATK and DEF stages on 108 ATK and earns its S rank there. Evolving needs level 50, which makes it one of the slowest top picks to build.

How to use Meteofly

Meteofly turns sleep into a buff. Star Wish hits for 35 power on entry and puts it to sleep, and Starchaser wakes it with two stages of ATK and DEF, so any turn the enemy spends hitting a sleeping Lumi is repaid at once. Fall Asleep repeats the trick with a 40% heal, and Baton Pass hands the stages on.

108 ATK is near the top of the roster. It is slow to reach, though: the evolution needs Lv. 50. Dark, Electric and Ice all hit it for double.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
