Why this tier

Flufferpillar is B only as the start of the Meteofly line, with a 3-Energy signature carrying a 70% sleep chance and one heal per battle. Low stats make it a long climb, so evolve rather than invest.

How to use Flufferpillar

Flufferpillar puts enemies to sleep early: Larva's Dream has a 70% chance to apply Asleep for 3 Energy. Head in the Clouds heals it 50% once per battle below half HP. 88 ATK and 86 HP are weak, and Meteofly ends this line three evolutions later, so keep it only as an early starter.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
