A 3s Accuracy cut is the only protection it offers, on an SSR body that never evolves. Statchew lowers front-row damage for the whole fight, so the slot goes there.
Overview
Among the SSR front-liners on hand from the start, Axollium makes its combat case on a single trick. Shallot Slam opens a fissure that damages every enemy along its path and drops their Accuracy by 20% for 3s, so for a moment the enemy line misses more of what it swings at your front row. That is a real effect on a thin body. The Accuracy cut is brief, the damage is modest, and SSR lines get no Evolution, so the ceiling is fixed where it starts. Statchew does the protective job for the whole front row and keeps doing it all fight.
Where Axollium keeps paying is camp work. Dream Rush speeds Dreamium output by 30% in a Dreamium Siever, a better use of it than a squad slot it gives up the moment a UR front-liner arrives.
