Her Bullymon resource bonus is worth levelling, but in battle a random 5s buff often lands on a support. Regalion boosts every Water ally all fight, so she is filler until the Mythics.

Overview

Meowdame's best work happens after the fight ends. Miracle-Maker raises the Gold, Lumber and Steel from every Bullymon or Bullyboss she finishes by 50%, so while you farm the map she pays for part of your base, and that third skill is the one to level. Starlight Blessing's damage buff goes to a random ally for 5s and often lands on a support that has no use for it.

She starts in our Early Water starter team and can stay on as filler until the Mythics fill Water's back row. As an SSR she never evolves, and the SSR stat cut hit her too. Regalion's damage boost reaches every Water ally for the whole fight, so it does her combat job better from a front slot.
