The one Water SSR with control, a single-target Freeze that buys time early, which holds it at B. No Evolution and one target at a time, so Glacewing replaces it.
Overview
Snowkami is the rare SSR with real control. Glacial Howl bites one enemy and has a 70% chance to Freeze it for 2.5s, which buys an early Water team time before Glacewing is in the codex. Wolfy Will adds Attack, but only against monsters, never against another player's squad.
The ceiling is low. It never evolves, it took the SSR stat cut, and its Freeze catches a single target where Glacewing's Deep Freeze covers everyone near it. None of our Best Teams use it. Keep it in the squad until Glacewing arrives, then stop spending on it: every star after that is wasted on a unit you are about to bench.
