Why this tier

Rocktle sits one band under Rochelon at B: same Rock Shell, same 105 DEF, and it already carries both Earth Spike and Dragon Roar. 80 HP and a weaker cleanse are what the evolution fixes.

How to use Rocktle

Rocktle already has Rock Shell's heal on every basic attack that hits it, plus Earth Spike and Dragon Roar, the trap and the roar Rochelon runs in the Arena. Rock Horn Bash clears Burn and Paralysis before hitting. 80 HP is weak. Rochelon adds Poison and Asleep to the cleanse and more bulk; evolve at Lv. 15 and invest there instead.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
