How to use Seabud

Seabud already has Clionia's engine: Stream banks a Wet every time an ally uses a skill, and Converge Water turns every 2 Wet into a Leech for only 3 Energy. Leaf Storm then heals your side off those Leech stacks. That is a lot of kit for a first stage.

83 ATK and a low rating ceiling cap it, and Clionia further up the line does the same with 100 HP. Evolve it into Aequor and keep going.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
