Lumi Master/Lumis

Verdict
InvestBuild it as your Water sustain pick, and pair it with a closer to finish fights.
- Why this tier
Clionia tops the Water sustain picks, since 100 DEF, 100 HP and a squad heal that grows with every ally skill keep whole teams alive. With 88 ATK it never finishes a fight, so pair it with a closer.

Clionia's skills
Fixed kit always on Clionia, can't be swapped
Hits the current enemy; for each Wet stack on this Lumi, applies 1 Leech to the target and heals your squad for 2% of max HP.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Hits the current enemy and switches out; the Lumi coming in gains 1 Wet.
Sets the weather to Rain, hits every enemy on the field and gives every Lumi on your side of the field 1 Wet.
Throws seeds at the current enemy and applies 2 Leech.
Hits the current enemy with +15 power per Wet stack on this Lumi. If it has no Wet, it gains 2 Wet instead.
Hurls leaves at the current enemy; every Leech stack it carries heals each Lumi on your side of the field for 5% of max HP.

How to use Clionia
Every skill your other Lumi use makes Clionia stronger. Stream banks a Wet each time an ally casts, and Wave Rush turns each Wet into a Leech on the enemy plus a 2% squad heal, so the longer a fight runs the more it gives back. 100 DEF and 100 HP let it stay out that long.
It hits for little at 88 ATK, so it needs a finisher beside it. Keep Water Retreat on it for switching; Tidal Surge and its instant 5 Wet is the burst option.
Teams with Clionia
- Rain CurtainPvP · Weekly tournament

Three Water Lumi under Rain. Rainkat's Pray for Rain sets the weather and gives your whole side Wet, and with three Water Lumi in the squad Rain Curtain cuts the damage every Wet ally takes by 30%. Shriegon's skills cost 2 less in Rain, and Tidal Force gains 20% damage for every point saved. Clionia picks up a Wet stack every time an ally casts, and Wave Rush turns each stack into a Leech on the enemy and a heal for your squad.
- Tomato Stealth CloserPvP · Arena ladder

Two sturdy Lumi clear the way for one entrance. MEGA TOMATO arrives in Stealth, which raises its crit rate until an enemy skill hits it, and TOMATO Laser pushes its crit damage to 350% while Stealth holds. Rainbowdeer opens by cutting the enemy's ATK 2 stages with Fortune and trades behind 100 DEF and 100 HP. Clionia banks a Wet through Stream every time an ally casts, then leaves on Water Retreat so MEGA TOMATO comes in carrying 1 Wet.
- Paralysis AmbushPvP · Arena ladder

Zaphound paralyses whatever it meets, and Astrasting passes that Paralysis around the enemy bench. Thunder Strike puts 1 Paralysis on the current enemy each time Zaphound enters, and Lightning Raid gains 50% crit rate for every stack on its target. Astrasting's Flash Stinger hits for 4 Energy and slips out into Ambush; when it comes back in it hits again and spreads 1 stack of each debuff on its target to the enemy's other Lumi. Clionia keeps the rotation healthy and hands out Wet on her way out.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
