When its skill is super-effective, it gains 2 Wet; when its skill is resisted, it applies 2 Burn to the current enemy.
Lumi Master/Lumis

At a glance
- Why this tier
Shlump sits one band under Loongster at B: 96 ATK, a 0.7s basic attack and the same skill pool, Hail included. Its trait gives Wet or Burn but no ATK stage, and 78 HP is weak.
Shlump's skills
Fixed kit always on Shlump, can't be swapped
Hits the current enemy; applies 1 Burn for every Wet stack this skill spends.
Its automatic attack: a Water hit every 0.7s for 7 power. That is among the quickest on the roster, and since every basic attack in the game trades power for interval at the same rate, the short gap buys extra hits rather than extra damage — which is what per-hit effects key off.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Pelts every enemy on the field with hail for 3 hits in total.
Hits the current enemy with +15 power per Wet stack on this Lumi. If it has no Wet, it gains 2 Wet instead.
Hits the current enemy and applies 2 Burn to it and 1 Burn to this Lumi.
Hits the current enemy. If this Lumi is not already carrying Wet, it gains 5 Wet.
Sets the weather to Rain, hits every enemy on the field and gives every Lumi on your side of the field 1 Wet.
Sets the weather to Harsh Sunlight, hits every enemy on the field and applies 1 Burn to each.

How to use Shlump
Shlump opens the Loongster line with All Bark, No Bite: 2 Wet when its skill is super effective, 2 Burn on the enemy when it is resisted. Waterlog then burns once per Wet it spends. A 0.7s basic attack is very fast, but 78 HP is weak. Loongster keeps the double-type plan with a 100-power signature, so skip investing in this form.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
