At a glance
- Why this tier
Sundoll is C as a pure support: Sunny Day heals your lowest-HP Lumi 20% for 3 Energy and Sunshine cuts damage in the sun. With 80 ATK, Sunbelle does the job better.
Sundoll's skills
Fixed kit always on Sundoll, can't be swapped
Heals the lowest-HP Lumi on your side of the field for 20% of max HP; during Harsh Sunlight it also gains 1 DEF stage.
Its automatic attack: a Grass hit every 0.9s for 9 power. That is among the quickest on the roster, and since every basic attack in the game trades power for interval at the same rate, the short gap buys extra hits rather than extra damage — which is what per-hit effects key off.
Swappable skills choose which one to equip
Sets the weather to Harsh Sunlight, hits every enemy on the field and applies 1 Burn to each.
Throws fruit at the current enemy, with a 25% chance to crit.
Fires a rainbow missile at the current enemy — two while Enhanced, split between enemies if there are several on the field.
Makes plants burst up under the current enemy. Costs 3 less Energy during Harsh Sunlight.
Casts a random Flicker skill. Builds no extra Flickergy.
Sets the field to Grassy Field, hits every enemy on the field and applies 1 Leech to each.
Skills marked "Used in official line-ups" are the ones the game's own in-client line-ups equip on Sundoll. See those line-ups.
How to use Sundoll
A healer from the first stage, Sundoll heals your lowest-HP Lumi 20% with Sunny Day for 3 Energy, adding a DEF stage in Harsh Sunlight. Sunshine cuts your side's damage taken by 15% in that sunlight. 80 ATK is weak. Sunbelle, two stages up, keeps Sunshine on 105 DEF and is the one worth building.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
