EpicOverview
Eagle does the dodge-counter job at Epic rarity. Glare strips 8 of the enemy's Focus or Dodge every 4 seconds, whichever it has more of, and its stars shorten the cooldown and strip a few more each pulse. Against the Haunted Backpack in the Hero Dungeon, which keeps piling up Dodge, that is enough to keep your hits landing, so it is worth carrying there.
Hunting Hawk does this job better: 10 strips at base and extra Haste against dodge-heavy targets, for the same 2 energy, dropping to 1 at its first star. Eagle never gets cheaper. Outside dodge fights it does nothing, so it belongs on the bench for those stages only, and once the Hawk is owned it loses even that role. The 9% Total HP it gives every hero just for being owned is its lasting value.
