Why this tier

Florlet ranks B as the first stop of the Floragon line: Vitality adds a stack to every Leech from the start, but 80 ATK caps what it can do. Level it toward Floragon.

How to use Florlet

Florlet starts the Floragon line with Vitality, which adds an extra stack to every Leech it applies, so Leech Seed lands 3. Flying Petals hits for 75 and Leeches too. 80 ATK is weak, and Floragon ends the line with Dragon Roar and 110 HP, so keep evolving.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
