Why this tier

Florwyn stays B because Floragon adds Bloom to the same Petal Cyclone and Vitality kit; keep it only until level 35.

Florwyn's skills

Signature skillPetal Cyclone

Hits the current enemy, applies 1 Leech and lowers its DEF by 1 stage.

GrassCost 6Power 90

Basic attackGrass Blade

Its automatic attack: a Grass hit every 1.2s for 12 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.

How to use Florwyn

Florwyn's Petal Cyclone Leeches and drops DEF for 90 power, and Vitality turns each Leech into two. 100 HP makes it a steady mid-game Grass pick, and Dragon Roar is already in its pool. Floragon adds Bloom's free Leech on every switch-in, so it is worth holding only until Lv. 35.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
