Why this tier

Jellibow holds B until Jellistel is in reach: Regenerate plus squad Wet on 102 HP is useful mid-game, and Jellistel adds Flicker scaling to the same kit.

Jellibow's skills

Fixed kit always on Jellibow, can't be swapped

Trait · passiveRegenerate

Heals 20% of its max HP when it leaves the field.

Signature skillJump Step

Hits the current enemy and gives every Lumi in your squad 1 Wet.

WaterCost 4Power 45

Basic attackWater Bullet

Its automatic attack: a Water hit every 1.1s for 11 power. That is slower than most, so anything that triggers per hit rather than per point of damage fires less often here.

FairyCost 5Power 0

Pray for Rain

How to use Jellibow

Jellibow keeps Regenerate's 20% heal on every exit and adds Jump Step, which gives your whole squad a Wet. 102 HP makes it hard to remove. 82 ATK is weak, and Jellistel adds Flicker scaling to that Wet, so hold it only until Lv. 35.

Each column is the species' own Min–Max range at its reference level — the exact spread the in-game Aptitude tab shows (an individual catch rolls somewhere inside it). See the Stat Rankings to sort the whole roster by any of these. Attack Speed is the Skill tab's Attack Interval: the seconds between automatic basic attacks, fixed per species, so lower is faster. Every basic attack deals the same damage per second, so a quicker one lands more hits rather than more damage, which is what on-hit effects care about. Each Swift stack speeds it up by 10% and each Paralysis stack slows it by 10%.
