Overview
Talin fires faster the more she crits. Pursuit refunds 15% of a weapon's remaining cooldown on every critical hit, and Hawk Eye sometimes doubles a crit's damage on top, so a crit-heavy bow backpack speeds itself up as the fight goes on. That loop is the whole case for her. Her exclusive Adrenaline converts Accuracy above 100% into Crit Rate, which is where the crits come from.
Without crit, none of it happens, and the build needs Accuracy past 100% before Adrenaline adds anything, which takes several rounds of shopping. Raven gets his damage from dodging, a stat his kit hands him for free, which is why he ranks two tiers higher. Talin is still worth her shards when the exchange shop offers them: Legendary heroes come around far less often than pets, and her Skill Link is the next milestone to star her toward.

The round 8 boss ignores weapon hits but takes extra Spike, Poison and Burn, and the round 12 boss is the opposite, so the run carries Spiked Armor until round 12 and then swaps it all for weapons. Talin's Crits refund 15% of a weapon's remaining cooldown, Baby Hawks add Focus to fix the bows' poor Accuracy, and every bow touching the Dagger gets 30% of its cooldown back on a hit.

What Talin gains from unlock to 9 stars. The Ownership bonus raises every hero's ATK, whoever you play. Supply Ability is how many supplies you can take into a run, starting at 12 and rising by 1 per star.
