How to use Suyou
On paper Suyou has the sturdiest 4-Gold stats: the most HP, tied with Zilong, and the highest Physical ATK. Soul Sever cleaves a fan in front of him three times and heals him off his ATK, so he keeps himself alive while he fights.
The cleave damage is modest for his cost, so he is a durable fighter more than a carry. He has no crowd control. His range of 1 means he walks to his target, so he does best placed on a front tile from the start.
He counts for Dragon Altar and Weapon Master. Weapon Master gives every ally lifesteal and Weapon Masters more plus a large Physical ATK boost, which stacks with his self-heal. Our Weapon Master comp uses him as a melee body beside Zilong, and Dragon Altar camps him on an altar tile for the bonus HP. Two-star him for front-line staying power; the 3-Star lifts the heal to 685% of ATK, a good use of spare copies.
