15% more Stun chance on a kit built to stun, so the enemy spends the fight locked down; stun-immune bosses are her one hard counter.
Overview
Spark keeps enemies from fighting back. Electrostatic Force adds 15% to every Stun chance, and her exclusives, Lightning Rod Wand and Astrape, are built to stun, so a Spark backpack spends much of each fight with the enemy locked in place. That doubles as her defense, which squishy Wizards otherwise lack. Her chapter plan is to build a Thunder Dragon and point as many Lightning Rod Wands at it as the backpack holds.
Her one clear counter is a stun-immune boss, where the whole kit goes quiet and Cecilia deals more damage. Past that, she is the best Epic in the game and the easiest one to justify shards on: three or four stars on Spark pays off through the whole chapter climb, and her Lightning Rod Wand supply also powers Meow Mage runs.
Recommended build
Electrostatic Force — Stun's chance increases by 15%.
The first boss has to die inside a 4-second invincibility window, which only White Wolf Captain's Haste and Red Dragon's 40% hit together manage. Mimic merges two Spark spells into Thunderstrike, and the rest of the chapter is Spark's usual stun lock around the Thunder Dragon.
Pet order. White Wolf Captain and Red Dragon together on the first boss.
Lightning Rod Wand and Wyrdwood Staffs power the main lightning spell from round 1, and Instant Freeze completes the stun lock by round 4. Seiren's cushion protects Spark while that setup comes together, and Red Dragon's opener shortens every fight.
Phoenix enhances your fastest weapon, so this run gives the Thunder Dragon the lowest cooldown in the backpack and the Phoenix burn lands on it. Staggering every wand's cooldown keeps the stuns rolling, and the run still finished with coins to spare.
Ice Reaper's 40% healing cut is enough on its own for the first boss. Geezer's shop can hand over an Astrape early, which completes Spark's lightning set, and the Thunder Dragon has to be ready before the final boss.
Pet order. Ice Reaper alone for the first boss.
